Can I use custom modules on Odoo Online?
Odoo Online supports configuration compatible with its platform, but does not allow installing custom code modules. For those developments, assess Odoo.sh or your own infrastructure. Studio and external API access also depend on the plan. Choose the environment before committing to a customization.
Does the project include electronic invoicing for Colombia?
Colombian localization and electronic invoicing configuration can be included in scope. Review version, edition, modules and the applicable enablement, certificate and numbering requirements. Your accounting team validates configuration; document acceptance depends on DIAN validation. Installing the ERP does not activate it automatically.
Can you migrate data and integrate my store or CRM?
Assess customers, products, stock, documents and customizations to decide what to migrate and how to verify it. Integrations depend on available APIs and plans. Define which system owns each data item, how to resolve duplicates and what happens when synchronization fails. Rehearse imports and workflows before cutover.
How long does implementation take and what does it cost?
It depends on users, modules, data quality, integrations and development. Define phases and deliverables after discovery. Odoo licenses, hosting, third-party services and support are identified separately. Support hours and response times are agreed in the proposal.
