Connect your website to an existing provider
We integrate your PMS/channel manager’s booking engine or documented API. You retain its channel connectivity while we develop the experience your brand needs.
CONNECTED RESERVATIONS · COLOMBIA
We build the integration between your website, accommodation operation and booking channels. A custom channel manager to coordinate availability, rates and reservations within each platform’s authorized scope.

A SOLUTION FOR YOUR OPERATION
We start with your website, properties and current tools. The integration can use a compatible PMS/channel manager, approved APIs or calendars for a limited scope.
We integrate your PMS/channel manager’s booking engine or documented API. You retain its channel connectivity while we develop the experience your brand needs.
We build your dashboard and inventory logic, with direct connectors where approved access exists or through a provider that authorizes the integration. Scope is defined per channel.
We connect occupied dates through compatible calendars where suitable. This does not exchange rates, payments or complete reservation data.
ONE INVENTORY. CLEAR RULES.
We define which system governs availability and how properties, units, room types and rate plans are identified. A booking changes local inventory and generates updates to authorized channels.
Map each unit or room type to channel IDs, quantities, dates, time zones and stay rules.
Design processing for new, modified and cancelled reservations with duplicate handling, error recovery and reconciliation.
Your team can review states, pending work and alerts. Retries and recovery follow rules to avoid conflicting updates.
CONNECTIVITY WITH A DEFINED SCOPE
Choose the route that your accounts and operation can support. The comparison is a planning guide, not a guarantee of platform access.
Scroll the table horizontally on smaller screens.
| Scope | Direct API | PMS / Channel manager | iCal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Connection | Your own approved API access | A contracted provider’s documented API | Compatible calendar links |
| Availability | Within authorized scope | Within provider scope | Occupied dates / blocks |
| Rates and stay rules | Supported fields per channel | Supported provider operations | Not included |
| Reservation changes | Supported channel lifecycle | Provider events and states | Calendar changes; not complete booking data |
| Timing | Channel delivery and processing | Provider delivery and processing | Periodic refresh; Airbnb says every 3 hours |
Calendar synchronization is not an atomic transaction across channels. No option guarantees instant delivery or zero overbookings. API permissions, provider subscriptions and certifications may affect cost and schedule.
BEYOND COPYING DATES
The following is our proposed engineering approach. Final behavior depends on the connector, access and business rules agreed for your project.
Identify which system owns inventory and rates. Map channel IDs, occupancy, currency, local dates and the check-out boundary before importing data.
Design for duplicate and out-of-order events. Record the source and revision, then update local inventory and queue permitted outbound changes.
Confirm delivery using the channel’s documented flow; receiving an event is not the same as applying it. Booking OTA reservations include explicit acknowledgements.
Track failures, delays and pending work. Define retries, reconciliation and manual intervention without assuming that a timeout means a write failed.
SCOPE BEFORE THE CONNECTOR
These are proposed capabilities, not features enabled by default. We confirm documentation, contracts, permissions and compatibility before including each module.
Date and guest search, availability, confirmations and request handling. Payments for your own reservations through a compatible gateway and agreed rules.
A property calendar, quantities per date, rate plans and minimum stays where supported by each channel. We verify rule equivalence before copying it.
Normalized events, states and changes; reception or housekeeping tasks and CRM/ERP connections where systems and permissions allow.
Role-based access, server-side secrets, logs without unnecessary sensitive data, alerts and delay metrics. Monitoring, recovery and maintenance are agreed.
Messaging, listing content, reviews and payment data are assessed separately. One account or connector does not automatically enable every API.
FROM ASSESSMENT TO PILOT
Each phase produces reviewable decisions and deliverables. The proposal separates development, providers, licenses, hosting and maintenance.
Inventory your properties, website, PMS, channels and expected volume. Verify authorizations and each connection’s documented scope.
Agree IDs, source of truth, channel rules, reservation states, exceptions and team-facing prototypes.
Test bookings, changes, cancellations, repeated events, outages and recovery in authorized environments before a controlled activation.
Coordinate migration with the current provider, verify starting inventory and define owners, alerts, training and support.
HOSPITALITY AND TECHNOLOGY
For hotels, holiday apartments, vacation homes and multi-property operators who need to connect their website and booking channels.
We review your inventory model and team tools before proposing a solution. We serve Barranquilla and the Colombian Caribbean, working remotely with properties throughout Colombia.

Booking.com and Airbnb are third-party brands. This page describes a development service, not a working connector, certification or affiliation. No customer account was connected during preparation.
We create your backend, internal APIs and connectors for authorized services. Booking.com and Airbnb own their APIs and permissions. We cannot create those permissions, approve them or guarantee access on your behalf.
It depends on the program, permissions, properties and current requirements. We check whether you already have approved direct access or should use a compatible PMS/channel manager API. A host account alone does not establish developer access.
Connectivity is designed for property management and distribution. Demand API brings travel services into a traveller-facing application. For property inventory synchronization, we assess Connectivity or an authorized provider; a Demand affiliation does not substitute for that access.
No. We scope it to occupied-date exchange, not complete rates, payments or guest details. Airbnb says imported calendars update automatically every three hours; other sites have their own refresh schedules.
The design aims to reduce inconsistencies, but we do not promise zero overbookings. Simultaneous bookings, delays, outages or manual edits can occur. We define inventory controls, reconciliation, alerts and an exception procedure.
Yes, after reviewing your current CMS, booking engine and provider. We can build a custom experience, integrate compatible components or connect the backend. Requirements, licenses and compatibility are checked before quoting.
We minimize data, define permissions and retention and review provider obligations. Direct website payments are designed separately from channel payments. Extracting card details or reproducing Airbnb or Booking.com checkout is not included in the connector.
It depends on units, channels, access, provider, rules and scope. We start with feasibility and a phased proposal. Third-party approvals, certifications, licenses and fees can affect timing and budget. The proposal defines support and code delivery terms.
