Start with one useful connection.

These are integration scenarios we can scope for your business. The proposal defines data, direction, update frequency, required access and maintenance. Platform names identify the tools involved; they do not imply an official partnership.

TECHNOLOGY THAT SERVES THE CONNECTION

Clear APIs outside. Solid implementation inside.

Choose architecture and tools around your systems, volume and maintainers. The solution may integrate an existing API, build your own service or combine both.

Development and contracts

APIs with Node.js/TypeScript or Python/FastAPI based on the project. Schemas, validation and OpenAPI documentation for HTTP contracts; GraphQL when queries need that model.

  • Node.js / TypeScript
  • Python / FastAPI
  • OpenAPI

Identity and permissions

OAuth 2.0, tokens or keys according to the platform. Define resource permissions, credential protection and access validation; using a token does not replace checking what each user can do.

  • OAuth 2.0
  • Authorization
  • Validation

Events and processing

Webhooks with origin and signature verification where supported by the provider. Assess queues, retries and idempotency to handle duplicate or out-of-order events for each integration.

  • Webhooks
  • Queues
  • Idempotency

Testing and visibility

Contract and integration tests, error scenarios and response measurement. Assess logs, metrics and OpenTelemetry traces when a request needs to be followed across services.

  • Contract tests
  • Metrics / traces
  • OpenTelemetry

Confirm documentation, permissions, plans and external API limits before committing to a connection. Update frequency, availability and third-party costs are part of the scope; every integration needs agreed maintenance.

BEFORE CONNECTING YOUR SYSTEMS

Answers to plan your integration.

Tell us which systems you need to connect
Which platforms can you integrate?

We start with Zoho CRM, Kommo, WooCommerce, Siigo Nube Colombia, Wompi, PayU, Mercado Pago, ePayco, Stripe, PayPal and Moodle. Review the APIs, connectors, features and permissions available in each account. The proposal defines the data and actions to connect; other tools can also be assessed.

Can you connect WooCommerce with Siigo?

Yes, we can scope an integration for customers, invoicing and product, price and stock queries. First review Siigo Nube Colombia access, the store, product codes and accounting configuration. Agree on the event authorizing the invoice and how errors and duplicates are handled.

Can you integrate payments and automate the next step?

Integrate checkout and payment statuses according to the gateway and account. A verified confirmation can update an order or activate agreed service access. Reaching the success page is not enough to validate payment. Availability depends on country and merchant account; for Stripe, confirm business eligibility before proposing it.

Can Moodle connect with course sales?

Assess a workflow linking a validated purchase with the user and their Moodle enrolment. Confirm version, enabled web-service functions, permissions and enrolment method. Scope must also define cancellations, refunds and access changes.

Does every connection work in real time?

Not necessarily. Some providers notify changes through webhooks; others require scheduled queries. Agree on frequency according to the workflow, API limits and volume. Test incomplete data, repeated events and failures before launch, and define monitoring to detect differences.

What does it cost and what does maintenance include?

Quote according to platforms, data, rules, volume and scope. The proposal separates assessment, implementation and maintenance, plus licenses, infrastructure and third-party fees. Maintenance can include error monitoring, recovery and API compatibility updates, with agreed hours and responsibilities.
